Biography

Born 29 March 1835 in Stockholm, died 17 June 1920 in Stockholm. Swedish Theosophist.

Founding-President of the Swedish Theosophical Society 1889 to 1898, President of the Universal Brotherhood in Sweden 1898 to 1920. Editor of Theosophia. One of the main organisers behind the International Theosophical Peace Congress in Visingö 1913. Active Freemason.

Doctor of Medicine, Orthopaedist and Associate Professor at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, inventor of the workout machines.
